Sports massage serves a different purpose depending on where you are in your training cycle. Knowing when to book helps you get the most out of every session.
Before an Event: A pre-event session focuses on warming up the tissue, improving circulation, and loosening areas of tightness without leaving you fatigued. Lighter pressure and activation-focused work prepare your body to perform.
During Training: Regular sessions during an active training phase help manage cumulative fatigue, address hot spots before they become injuries, and keep your range of motion where it needs to be. Deeper work is appropriate here.
After an Event: Post-event sessions focus on flushing metabolic waste, reducing inflammation, and beginning the repair process. Your therapist at Pan Thai will read your body and calibrate accordingly.
